[Toni's hands trembled as she read the letter. She should have known. Why did she fill that stupid form out? There would be penalties, too. Her talisman was gone, so it wouldn't have anything to do with that. It wasn't explained, but she figured she would find out what they were in due time since killing this man was certainly not an option. She tears it up, photos and all.]

This is complete bull. I never signed up for this and I'm not doing it.
